The mission of Microjustice4All is to legally empower marginalized people and victims of humanitarian disaster in order to achieve their legal inclusion.
MJ4All believes that legal inclusion of all individuals and groups in society is a prerequisite for peace, democracy, and further development. Legal Inclusion is defined as: “the situation in which individuals a) have their basic needs satisfied, b) enjoy legal protection and c) have access to the rights and entitlements of the society in which they live”*. As such, legal inclusion allows for the protection of people’s basic human rights and other amenities provided by their State’s legal system.
